OP78 Project: Digitized Bugler (Sunday, June 24, 2012)

Once again....Dear OPs'78, just returned from the TTS organised by Amir (Commandant RMC) . Purpose of TTS to plan what our batch can do as part of celeberations to mark RMC's 60th anniversary. After much discussion the two bright ideas are :

 1. Creat a CD ROM containing all the BUGLER/KERIS magazines produced since 1952. We can then sell this during tthe 60th anniversary parade day on 3 July to all OPs...proceeds of sale to go TKM (PRI) of RMC.

 2. OP 78 to organise and gather at RMC on evening of 15th June (Friday) - OP 78 ROLL CALL NITE/ or some other appropriate name. This will be similar to Saturday nite roll call and film show of yesteryears. During this occasion, we will be joined by present puteras...maybe invite our OC (Jen Hashim) and our teachers...if we can contact them ....and soft-launch the CD ROM. All this needs further planning...and we need to plan another TTS - to discuss further.

Anyway I and Safuan will work on the collection of Bugler.. Amiir already has some collected by RMC. In the meantime, others can help out by contacting other OPs to get a copy of their particular year...we are looking at all 50 editions of BUGLER/KERIS (the name of the magazine before Bugler). Hopefully we can get all, scan and produce the CD ROM. We need to discuss all the plans including the ROLL CALL NITE on 15th June. Amin/Mus/Mahyudin....please plan next TTS ..maybe at MPAT..OP Azmi Yusof is there.. Aris coming soon...Cheers buddies...lets together make our contribution to our old Alma Mater something to be reckoned and remembered....
