2 tables for guest ( to be decided ) = RM 7000.00

MC/ Stage Manager= RM 10, 000.
Ancillary / Misc ( Souvenirs/ publications , Videos) = RM 10, 000.
Administrative cost ( meetings , logistical requirements leading to the dinner). RM 10, 000.
Total RM 159, 000
Contingency 10%: RM 15, 900
Total cost : RM 174, 900.
Cost per OP.: RM 174900÷160=RM 1093.13.
Pls note. I have not taken in account the full entertainment cost..band etc. The cost per OP will also rise if we are unable to achieve the target of 160.
